Signalling pathways and processes known to be affected in multiple myeloma are involved in the NF-κB, MAPK, plasma-cell differentiation, cell cycle and DNA-damage repair pathways. In this diagram, frequently mutated genes with well-established roles in these signalling pathways have been depicted representing the proteins they encode.
