Eleanor has a BSc (Hons) in biological sciences, an MSc in molecular medicine and a laboratory-based PhD in cardiomyocyte injury. She joined medwireNews in 2005, writing initially about stroke, but also covering areas including lipidology, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, emergency medicine, paediatric endocrinology and psoriasis. She is responsible for the house style guide.
