Dr. Laurence Albigès, M.D., Ph.D., is a medical oncologist chairing the Genitourinary group and vice chair of the Department of Cancer Medicine at the Gustave Roussy Institute, in France. 

She trained in Paris, completed her MD in 2010 as Medical Oncologist, and integrated to the Genitourinary group at Gustave Roussy Institute in 2011. She focused her Ph.D. on Papillary Renal Cancer in 2013 and subsequently moved as a visiting scientist at The Lank Center for Genitourinary oncology of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 2013-2014. 

Her main field of interest across genitourinary tumors is renal carcinoma where she is developing translational programs and prospective study . She is a member of ASCO, ESMO. She is the recipient of several grants and awards including UNICANCER- Fondation de France grant, ASCOAnnual meeting Merit Award and ASCO GU 2015 Merit Award.
