This symposium, chaired by Ian Chau, discussed the latest surgical and oncologic treatments for gastric cancer in the context of an increasingly complex treatment landscape, including patient and tumour characteristics, clinical guidelines, and novel clinical data, with special focus on the multidisciplinary care team setting.​​​​​​​
